CALIBRATOR KIT, HAEMATOLOGY

The Defense Logistics Agency awarded a fixed-price contract to SZY HOLDINGS, LLC under solicitation SPE2DS-26-T-224H for the procurement of two units of the CALIBRATOR KIT, HAEMATOLOGY, identified by NSN 6550016251271, intended for calibration of UNICEL DXH COULTER CELLULAR ANALYSIS SYSTEMS. The total contract value is $264.00, with delivery required within 20 days after the order date to FPO, ZIP 09566-4008 under FOB Destination terms. Each unit, comprising 3.3 ML of the Coulter S-Cal Calibrator Kit, must be manufactured no more than four days prior to delivery to the Government. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E at Packing Level B, and materials must be marked in accordance with Medical Marking Standard No. 1, which supersedes MIL-STD-129. All items must be packed in commercial unit and shipping containers, palletized per RP001, and shipped via common carriers at the lowest rate.
