CalTrans Real Property Sale: RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY INSPECTORS

The City of Pasadena Housing Department is soliciting proposals under solicitation number 2026-RFP-0533 for professional residential property inspection services. This initiative supports the purchase of approximately six vacant surplus properties from Caltrans pursuant to California Senate Bill 959, which the City will subsequently sell to market buyers to fund affordable housing development.
