Global Affairs Canada is seeking offers to the implementation and administration of the Scholarships and Educational Exchanges for Development-2 (SEED-2) Project and disbursement of scholarship funds to recipients. The objectives of SEED-2 are to enhance participation of Indo-Pacific students and professionals, especially women, in learning opportunities at the post-secondary level in Canada; strengthen linkages between Indo-Pacific and Canadian post-secondary academic institutions; and increase and diversify connections between Canadians and Indo-Pacific peoples. The Contractor will implement and administer the project in accordance with the expected results and deliverables.
