The New York State Department of Health intends to contract with Roswell Park Cancer Institute for the Cancer Surveillance, Education and Control initiative administered by the Division of Chronic Disease Prevention to enhance the quality of and access to user-friendly information about cancer, cancer risk factors and modifiable chronic disease risk factors for the general public and ensure that high quality comprehensive chronic disease and cancer education, early detection, prevention and treatment services are available throughout NYS for the term 9/30/2023 - 9/29/2028. A competitive process is not planned because Roswell Park is the sole source grantee for the scope of work through September 29, 2028, with OSC approval for a five-year renewal for the next five-year period which ends September 29, 2033.
