This project involves the completion and outfitting of two pre-drilled production wells and the installation of associated infrastructure to supply water to the Capilano River Hatchery in North Vancouver, BC. No drilling of wells is required under this contract. The work includes: 1. Installation of submersible pumps, pitless well units, discharge piping, flowmeter chambers, and well assembly accessories 2. Trenching, excavation, and backfilling 3. Connection to an existing supply pipeline 4. Environmental management and restoration in an environmentally sensitive area (Metro Vancouver Watershed) 5. Engineering oversight and certification of the installation The Contractor will be responsible for all labour, equipment, transportation, logistics, and coordination with Metro Vancouver and other contractors on-site. The Contractor must perform and complete all work by March 31, 2026. This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first. Security Requirement: There is no security associated with this requirement.
