Capitol Complex Monument Repair and Restoration Services

The State of Iowa is soliciting proposals under solicitation number 005-RFP-3080-2027 for professional monument assessment survey, restoration, maintenance, and repair services at the Iowa Capitol Complex in Des Moines. The project encompasses approximately 48 monuments, including bronze statues, war memorials, and the Freedom Flame. The contract is scheduled to run from December 1, 2026, to November 30, 2027, with the possibility of renewal by mutual agreement for up to five additional years.
