Car-Sharing Fleet Management 2022 (FEDDEV ONTARIO)

The Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario) is seeking to establish multiple contracts if required for CarSharing Program Services, as defined in Annex “A”, Statement of Work, from contract award to December 31, 2023 with four (4) one-year option periods.The estimated aggregate value of this requirement is expected to be less than $180,000 (including HST) over the initial contract period plus the four (4) one-year option periods.Requirement:The Contractor(s) must have the capacity to supply dedicated rental vehicles, for the exclusive use of FedDev Ontario employees, which may occasionally travel outside of the province on business.The Contractor(s) must provide the minimum required rental vehicles for one or all four (4) locations. FedDev Ontario must have access to all vehicles 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.GEOGRAPHICAL AREA 1: Waterloo, ON – Up to Four (4) dedicated rental vehicles- Two (2) Sport Utility Vehicles (SUV),- Two (2) Intermediate Size SedansGEOGRAPHICAL AREA 2: Toronto, ON - Up to Three (3) dedicated rental vehicles- Two (2) Sport Utility Vehicles (SUV),- One (1) Intermediate Size SedanGEOGRAPHICAL AREA 3: Peterborough, ON - Up to Three (3) dedicated rental vehicles- Two (2) Sport Utility Vehicles (SUV),- One (1) Intermediate Size SedanGEOGRAPHICAL AREA 4: Ottawa, ON - Up to Two (2) dedicated rental vehicles- One (1) Sport Utility Vehicles (SUV),- One (1) Intermediate Size SedanBasis of selection: A bid must comply with all mandatory technical evaluation criteria of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price (in Annex B, Basis of Payment) will be recommended for award of a Contract.There is no security requirements associated with the requirement;-Bids will be submitted, by email, directly to the Contracting Authority, on closing date indicated on page 1 of the RFP, at the latest;-Bid submission by fax is not acceptable;
