COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: Carrier 182-ton Air Cooled Chillers (Qty 2)


This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Request for Offer (RFO) format, FAR Subpart 12.6, and FAR Subpart 13.105, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 


This acquisition is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Offerors must have active registration in SAM.gov at the time of solicitation, evaluation, and immediately prior to contract award (RFO 9.104-1 & RFO 9.104-6). Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) profiles and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) compliance (R-DFARS 252.204-7021(d)) will be verified prior to award.
