This public notice provides notification that the Department of Labor has cancelled the Case Management solicitation and resulting contract/BPA and associated orders to the awardee, Incentive Technology Group as a result of a protest by MindPetal Software Solutions. The Department has determined it is in the Government's best interest to take this course of action due to DOL's changed requirements, as well as flaws in the original Request for Quote (RFQ) 1605DC-17-Q-00037 as identified by MindPetal Software Solutions, Inc. in this protest. The original RFQ was posted on GSA eBuy. If the Department decides to procure an enterprise-wide case management platform at a later date, a new RFQ will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities.
