Full Description

Elkhorn Public Schools (EPS) is seeking proposals for one hundred nineteen (119) switches to be installed throughout the district. Additionally, EPS is seeking proposals for stacking cables and direct attach cables. See Appendix A for further information. All proposals which are highly equivalent to Aruba 6200 [6200M 24G (R8Q68A) & 6200M 48G (R8Q70A] and 8360 [8360 32Y4C Back to Front (JL701C) & 8360 48Y6C Back to Front (JL705C)] switches will be considered. All equipment bid must be new and all equipment requested must be included within the vendor's proposal to be considered a valid bid. Proposals are due in either hardcopy or in electronic form (PDF format) on or before Friday, February 20th, 2026 at 1:00 pm CST at Elkhorn Public Schools, Attn: Kevin Gross, 20650 Glenn Street, Elkhorn, NE 68022 or emailed to erate@epsne.org. E-mailed proposal documents will be time-stamped from the receiving computer. Elkhorn Public Schools is not responsible for electronic proposals delivery, including lost or garbled proposals. State/local procurement requirements: Vendors are required to break down the purchases as outlined in the tables in Appendix A. For your convenience, templates for Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel are linked in this proposal. Vendors are required to complete Appendix A as part of their proposal. If additional items are required to complete the project, please include them in Appendix A, listed and itemized as per unit cost. Contracts will be awarded only after receiving a funding commitment and decision letter from SLD or agreed upon by the district. This RFP will automatically become part of any contract awarded to a vendor. In the event the district must purchase additional equipment after initial installation, the vendor will match all pricing in this proposal for a duration of six months after the contract is awarded. In addition, the vendor will refund the district for any equipment returns for a duration of six months after the contract is awarded. Once a contract is awarded, the total dollar amount (minus any returned equipment) is the responsibility of the district.
