Elkhorn Public Schools is seeking proposals for one thousand twenty (1020) access points. All proposals which are highly equivalent to Cisco Meraki CW9164I-MR (CW9162I-MR as an alternate proposal) and CW9166D1-MR access points bundled with the AIR-AP-BRACKET-2, will be considered. Proposed equipment must be through a cloud-based controller that supports two-factor authentication. All equipment bid must be new and all equipment requested must be included within the vendor's proposal to be considered a valid bid. Proposals must include at least five (5) years of Enterprise Licensing and Support for the Cisco Meraki access points. Please include in your proposal an optional onsite wireless survey to establish baseline and identify potential wireless interference. Proposals are due in either hardcopy or in electronic form (PDF format) on or before Wednesday, March 25th, 2026 at 1:00 pm CST at Elkhorn Public Schools, Attn: Kevin Gross, 20650 Glenn Street, Elkhorn, NE 68022 or emailed to erate@epsne.org. State/local procurement requirements: Vendors are required to break down the purchases as outlined in the tables in Appendix A. Vendors are required to complete Appendix A as part of their proposal. For your convenience, templates for Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel are linked in this proposal. If additional items are required to complete the project, please include them in Appendix A, listed and itemized as per unit cost. Contracts will be awarded only after receiving a funding commitment and decision letter from SLD or agreed upon by the district. This RFP will automatically become part of any contract awarded to a vendor. In the event the district must purchase additional equipment after initial installation, the vendor will match all pricing in this proposal for a duration of six months after the contract is awarded. In addition, the vendor will refund the district for any equipment returns for a duration of six months after the contract is awarded. Once a contract is awarded, the total dollar amount (minus any returned equipment) is the responsibility of the district.
