This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6 "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items", as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number FA281619QA007 is being issued as a "Request for Quote" (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101 THIS ACQUISITION IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 711130 with a size standard not to exceed $12M.
