CCCS SS 27-002 CTE Gateway management

The Colorado Community College System has issued a sole-source contract to Salonek Consulting for the project management and quality assurance of the custom CTE Gateway system, a highly specialized platform critical to Colorado's career and technical education operations. Salonek was involved in the original development of the system and brings deep institutional knowledge of its architecture, including its core components—Universal Contacts, Program Approvals, Data Collection, Perkins Grant Management, CTA Reporting, and Packaged Reports—along with extensive experience using the exact tools currently deployed by the CTE team. This continuity ensures seamless maintenance, timely updates, and consistent quality control without the delays or risks inherent in onboarding a new vendor. The contract, designated as CCCS SS 27-002, was posted on July 10, 2026, with responses due by July 15, 2026, and is administered by the Colorado Community College System out of its Denver office.
