Line 3, The Solicitation Closing date is January 25, 2023.
Line 4, The Non-Disclosure agreement (NDA), included in Annex "P", must be signed and submitted to the Contracting Authority, to obtain a copy of the Data Package (technical documents and drawings).
Line 5, The Requirement is to carry out the Drydock 22-23 Work required on CCGS Martha L. Black in accordance with Annex "A" - Statement of Work, and all associated technical information provided; and to carry out unscheduled work authorized by the Contracting Authority during the course of the contract.
Line 6, The period of the Contract will be from the June 2023 to June 2024.
Line 7, The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
