The Contractor shall complete the Work in two (2) milestones and shall submit an invoice to the City by no later than the following dates: Milestone 1: Completion of at least 60% of Contract Value from date of Notice to Proceed.Invoice No. 1 Date: Friday, May 23, 2025.Milestone 2: Completion of Contract Value. Invoice No. 2 Date: Friday, June 20, 2025.The Project is estimated to cost approximately $541,000 and includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids.
