Key performance requirements include an initial treatment completed by March 15th and a guaranteed 90 percent vegetation kill rate. The procurement process has been modified through three amendments, which updated site data attachments, revised pricing formulas to include touch-ups, and extended the bid due date to November 6, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET. Award will be granted to the responsible offeror providing the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Technical acceptability is based on the submission of at least three successful relevant contracts from the past five years and three customer satisfaction surveys with an average rating of Good or higher. Additionally, the contractor must comply with hazardous material identification and Safety Data Sheet requirements, utilize the Delphi e-Invoicing portal, and ensure all personnel are escorted while on FAA property.
