Description:
The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain proposals from a qualified Consultant to perform comprehensive Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) Services during the construction of the Evergreen Mills Road, Watson Road, and Reservoir Road Intersection Improvements (“Project”).
Pre-Proposal Conference:
An optional Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams on July 13, 2026, at 11 a.m., with the purpose of discussing this Project as well as providing a high-level overview of the supplier registration process and online submissions of proposals through iSupplier.
