Description:
The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (“County") to obtain proposals from qualified Construction Engineering and Inspection (“CEI”) Services firms (each, a “Consultant”) to provide comprehensive support for the construction of the Route 15 North Widening: Battlefield Parkway to Montresor Road (“Project”).
The Consultant selected through this competitive procurement process will provide full-time on-site inspection, construction administration, materials sampling and testing, documentation management, and related engineering and compliance support necessary to ensure that all construction activities conform to the approved plans, specifications, Virginia Department of Transportation (“VDOT”) standards, and the Construction Contract requirements.
Pre-Proposal Conference:
An optional Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams on September 24, 2026, at 2 PM. to provide an overview of the Project and the expectations outlined in this solicitation.
