The applicant is requesting the procurement, installation, and configuration of eligible equipment, including one (1) firewall/router and two (2) uninterruptible power supply (UPS) units, or equivalent. All proposed equipment must be fully compatible with the applicants existing network environment.
In addition, the applicant is seeking ongoing managed services and maintenance for the above equipment. Services should include monitoring, configuration management, firmware updates, troubleshooting, and both remote and on-site support as needed. Firewall management and security services should be included where applicable.
Vendors may propose equivalent equipment that meets or exceeds the requested specifications. All proposals must include itemized pricing and clearly identify any ineligible components.
All equipment and services must be E-Rate eligible and compliant with FCC rules and USAC requirements.
