The Champlain Border Patrol Station has a requirement for an operations contract for the following services: - Custodial services: these services include carpet and floor cleaning and maintenance, emptying of waste baskets, dusting, glass cleaning, spot cleaning, restroom cleaning, light bulb replacement, and other duties identified in the SOW. - Grounds maintenance: these services include grounds cleaning, grass cutting and edging, shrub trimming, weed control, fertilizing, and watering. - Snow Removal: these services include plowing, removal of snow and ice, salting and sanding as needed in order to have bare pavement as the weather will permit. - Trash/waste removal: this encompasses removal and disposal of all trash, solid waste, and recyclable materials - Pest control: this service includes a comprehensive Pest Management Plan to be developed and followed in order to manage surveillance, trapping, and pesticide application in order to achieve pest prevention.
