All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on August 21, 2026.
The Contractor shall perform one-for-one installation services of the kitchen hood fire suppression system, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment and services, for the U.S. Embassy in Tashkent. The price listed below shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-3 and 52.228-5), overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor the fixed price for standard services that have been satisfactorily performed.
Again, this solicitation will be issued via this website - no paper copies will be mailed.
The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
Advance payments are not authorized.
