Question: 2. Are the updates to be made to the Mumps\Cache system? Answer: No Question: 3a. In order to Add/Delete/Update codes and conduct code maintenance, will the contractor be allowed VPN or similar access to the RPMS? Answer: Yes Question: 3b. If access is not allowed. What is the anticipated mechanism for providing the update support? The quarterly audit is referred to as onsite in the scope of work and off-site in the schedule of deliverables. Please clarify. Answer: It is now off-site as we have almost converted to electronic health record. Paper records for audits will be mailed. Question: 2. is the 8 days off-site in the schedule of deliverables an estimated count for all 4 quarterly audits or a per audit count, i.e. 4 audits = 32 estimated days? Answer: 8 days total, but the Vendor may estimate time required based upon amount of charts reviewed. Question: Task 3 - Training. 1.
