The scope of work consists of modifications to an existing medical clinic of Type II construction. Work shall be conducted in phases with adherence to infection control measures throughout construction in an open and operational facility. Construction estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 and resulting contract will be firm fixed price. Remodel and expand the Chemawa Indian Health Center, Salem, OR. Project completion time is currently defined to be 562 calendar days after the effective date of the notice to proceed. There is no Government Furnished material. A pre-bid site visit is anticipated to be held Thursday, November 5, 2015 at the site.
