This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 334516 The small business size standard is 1,000 This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
See “Attachment 1 – SF-1449” for applicable clauses, instructions, and evaluation criteria.
In order to be considered for award OFFERORS SHALL SUBMIT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Submit Firm Fixed Price quotation (quote on company letterhead) detailing description, PLACE OF MANUFACTURE, item pricing, total price including all pricing including, but not limited to DOB destination shipping , and valid for at least 60 days after receipt of quote.
- Submit attached SF-1449 with blocks 17a, 30a, 30b, 30c, and individual Contract Line Items priced in full.
- Submit Sam.gov Unique Entity ID (UEI) with quotation. Submit Capability Statement and technical documentation showing technical capability to meet or exceed ALL salient characteristics in the Specifications.
REJECTION OF QUOTATION: Failure to demonstrate compliance or to submit ALL items requested in solicitation will be cause to reject the quote without further discussions.
DISCUSSIONS: The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct discussions should it be deemed in the Government's best interest.
