AI Contract Overview
This contract is for the procurement of one circuit card assembly identified by NSN 5998-01-660-0974 and part number APAX-5620KW-AE from Advantech Corporation, under solicitation SPE7M1-26-T-186S, with a required delivery date of February 9, 2027, and a delivery lead time of 207 days after order. The item is classified as an electrostatic discharge (ESD) sensitive and electromagnetic interference (EMI) susceptible device, mandating strict compliance with MIL-PRF-81705 for protective packaging, which requires the use of qualified barrier materials from suppliers listed on QPL-81705. ESD protection must utilize Type I barrier bags, and when ESD-approved cushioning is not specified, Type III barrier wrap must be added. EMI protection requires the same Type I barrier material. All handling and packaging must occur at approved ESD workstations or field service kits compliant with MIL-PRF-87893B, and the contractor must maintain an established ESD control program per MIL-HDBK-263, use ESD workstations per MIL-HDBK-773, and ensure all personnel are trained in proper grounding and handling procedures. Packaging must follow MIL-STD-2073-1E with preservation method GX, and all marking is required to comply with MIL-STD-129, including the application of Special Marking Code 39 for ESD sensitivity and Code 40 for protected cargo, which necessitates omission of the item nomenclature from shipping containers. The item must be delivered FOB Origin to the designated receiving warehouse in Tracy, California, with a zero variance tolerance on quantity and inspection and acceptance conducted at destination. The contractor must possess ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification and meet Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 self-assessment requirements. The contract includes clauses for equal opportunity, combating trafficking, employment eligibility verification, sustainable products, hazardous material identification, cybersecurity safeguarding, and transportation by sea. Invoicing must be processed through WAWF, and payment is subject to timely submission via approved DoDAAC codes. No pricing data is provided in the solicitation, as it is awaiting offeror responses, and the contract falls under simplified acquisition procedures. All technical and quality
