MODEL DESCRIPTION QTY 1 Cisco Cisco Unified IP Phone (7971G-GE) 100 2 Cisco SmartNet, NBD 7x24 for 7971G-GE 100 3 Cisco VOIP,TELEPHONE POWER SUPPLY 25 4 Cisco License 100 The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) on behalf of the Headquarters Department of the Army, Information Management Support Center (IMCEN) intends to award a sole source purchase order to World Wide Technology Incorporation, Herndon, Virginia. The contractor shall make available a Quantity of (100) Cisco Unified IP Phone (7971G-GE), (100) SmartNet-NBD 7X24 for 7971G-GE, (25) VOIP-CISCO Telephone power supplies, and (100) CUCM 3.x/4.x RTU licenses for single IP phone. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate the required services with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a) (ii)(B). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. However, the Government will consider all capability statements received by 10:00 A.M., 19 September 2008. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantage by the Government in future procurements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
