Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport is soliciting for Citrix Netscaler MPX 9700 FIPS Platform Enterprise Edition Appliance ELA3 Current Gold Renewal for a quantity of five (5) each under one (1) lot plus two (2) option years, if exercised. NUWC Keyport intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The Government anticipates award of one (1) firm-fixed price type contract to Citrix Systems, Inc. or an authorized dealer thereof. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N0025317Q0112 and is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the attached solicitation. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334614 and has a size standard of 1,250 employees. The Government prefers FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610.
