The City of Calgary is seeking qualified engineering consulting firms to provide multi-disciplinary engineering services primarily in support of the Capital Maintenance Program for The City’s Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities. The work has been delineated into two categories, defined below. Category A – Construction Projects and Engineering Studies 1. Provide design and construction services for multiphase construction projects from project initiation to post-construction activities, primarily in support of the Capital Maintenance Program. 2. Perform engineering studies or analysis for Water and Wastewater Treatment infrastructure. Category B – General Site Engineering Support 1.Provide site engineering support for minor changes, repairs or modifications to Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities in support of plant operation and maintenance. •Projects assigned under this category will not exceed two (2) years from initiation to completion, and the maximum per project engineering cost will not to exceed $100,000.00. The City intends to establish separate Call‑Up lists for each Category, with distinct consulting firms assigned to each list. Please note, further to Part 3 – Evaluation: •Respondents may submit bid for only one (1) of the two (2) Categories and can not bid on both. •If a Respondent submits a bid for both categories, they will be asked.
