1.1 Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Finance and Management is receiving bids until 12 P.M. local time, September 3, 2026, for construction services for the CTY OF COLUMBUS, PARKING LOT DEVELOPMENT project. Bids are to be submitted only at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copies shall not be accepted. The project shall be the renovation of current parking lot work to include underground sewer, electrical, excavating, pavement, security, fencing, electric gate and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, and City of Columbus Construction and Material Specifications as set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). 1.2 Classification: All bid documents (Invitation for Bid, technical specifications, plans, and future addenda) are available for review and download at www.bidexpress.com. Firms wishing to submit a bid must meet the mandatory requirements stated in the IFB, including being pre-qualified by the City of Columbus Office of Construction Prequalification, if applicable. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 66 Highland Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43223, at 11:15 A.M. on August 13, 2026. Attendance is strongly encouraged.
