This Standing Arrangement intends to provide for Facility Condition Assessment Consulting Services to cover services supplied to the Infrastructure Planning and Design Branch of the Integrated Infrastructure Services Department. The work generally involves providing services for Facility audits and the preparation of Facility condition assessments for a variety of Facility types. The Consultant acknowledges that this work requires the prompt response of Consultant resources. The Consultant shall be the Prime Consultant and be responsible for all architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and other works required to provide the necessary services for the purchase orders awarded through this contract.
