The City of Atlanta, on behalf of Department of Watershed Management (DWM), will shortly undergo a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process comprised of a prequalification phase as the initial step, followed by an Invitation for Bid (IFB) towards the procurement of citywide on-call painting and pressure washing services supporting multiple City- owned facilities. Interested vendors during the prequalification phase will be evaluated on whether they meet the minimum technical, managerial, and operational requirements necessary to perform on-call, multi-site maintenance services. The City¿s expectation is that the selected vendor(s) will assume responsibility for surface preparation, pressure washing and cleaning, sanding, scraping, caulking, and painting services, along with the ability to respond to task-order assignments in a timely and efficient manner across various locations.
