The New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF) is seeking a qualified service provider capable of delivering a comprehensive electronic database that grants access to loss claims history related to insurance claims and property involved in such claims. The database must encompass a wide range of information, including casualty claim details, public records, police reports, and OFAC compliance verification services. It is essential that the system adheres strictly to OFAC regulations and is suitable for use by law enforcement agencies, financial institutions, insurance entities, and broker-dealers to ensure compliance with U.S. Treasury Department regulations on anti-money laundering, OFAC sanctions, and fraud prevention. The system should feature automatic OFAC alerts, customer identification programs, and software integrated with a national data bank to facilitate compliance and risk management. Interested firms are required to demonstrate that they possess an existing database meeting all specified requirements and must submit supporting documentation by April 22, 2024, at 2:00 PM EST via email. The contract is open to all NYS counties and is intended for statewide implementation, with the contract term to be determined. NYSIF emphasizes its commitment to increasing opportunities for Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOB), encouraging eligible firms to explore certification options through relevant state agencies. The procurement involves services previously sourced from out-of-state vendors within the past three years, and the awarded vendor must have relevant experience, including prior contracts similar in scope.
