Description: Lee County Transit seeks to execute a single-source procurement for the migration of our current RideCheck+ software to the new SaaS, CleverInsights by Clever Devices Ltd. Inc. This software is used to process the data collected from the automated passenger counter, produce ridership trends, and evaluate routes.
Intended Single Source: Clever Devices Ltd. Incorporated
Justification for Single Source Acquisition: Clever Devices Ltd. Incorporated is the sole software developer of RideCheck+ and CleverInsights Software and the only company that can provide the migration to the new SaaS service with continued system maintenance, and ongoing service access.
