Clifford Allenby Building Cubicle Reconfiguration

The Clifford Allenby Building Cubicle Reconfiguration project, managed by the California Department of State Hospitals, involves the modification of existing modular office workstations on floors two through six of the facility in Sacramento. The scope of work includes transforming seventeen 7x7 cubicle stations and five 7x9 shared stations into 7x9 supervisor stations by reconfiguring workstation panels and interior elements. This project is being implemented to ensure compliance with Executive Order N-22-25 regarding the return-to-office mandate for state staff. The project will not result in an expansion of the office footprint and will not require changes to building systems, the path of travel, or overall capacity. According to a Notice of Exemption dated September 15, 2023, the project is classified under Categorical Exemption 15301 - Class 1.
