Yes - Mandatory PRE-BID MEETING DATE AND TIME 9/2/2026 9:00 AM PRE-BID MEETING DETAILS A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit for prospective bidders will be held at 9:00 a.m., CDT on September 2, 2026, at the DISTRICT’S Sheldon Station, located near Hallam, Nebraska for the purpose of reviewing the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements and to provide the opportunity to view the site of the work. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the pre-bid meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is imperative that all prospective Bidders attend this meeting. Bids will not be accepted from any Bidder not in attendance at the pre-bid meeting.
