Repairs to sections of roof on multiple buildings at U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Detroit.


This solicitation is a total small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 238160 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.0M. 


Provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment necessary to patch/repair roof sections of building 1401 (MX Hangar), 1461 (OPS Hangar) and 1464 (Garage) at 1461 N Perimeter Rd, Selfridge Air National Guard Base, MI 48045.  Refer to the Statement of Work for requirements.  No incumbent exists as this project is a new requirement. US Coast Guard Base Cleveland intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation.
