Solicitation SPE8ES-27-T-0200 is a request for quotations for the procurement of four units of non-slip coating compound, identified by NSN 8010124060571. The requirement is managed by the DLA Troop Support Construction and Equipment office, with delivery specified as FOB Destination to the DDSP New Cumberland Facility in Pennsylvania. The original required delivery date is April 13, 2027, with a delivery lead time of 173 days after order. The contract imposes strict quality and safety requirements, including a non-extendable 24-month shelf life and specific storage conditions between 32 and 104 degrees Fahrenheit, away from direct sunlight. Because the material is hazardous, suppliers must submit Safety Data Sheets and labels consistent with 29 CFR 1910.1200 for approval prior to award. Packaging and marking must adhere to MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129, with specific requirements for palletization under RP001. Compliance with the Buy American Act and Berry Amendment is required, and the use of additive manufacturing is prohibited unless specifically authorized. Administrative requirements include electronic invoicing via Wide Area WorkFlow and adherence to various FAR and DFARS clauses regarding cybersecurity, safeguarding covered defense information, and the prohibition of certain telecommunications equipment. Quotations are due by November 3, 2026.
