413th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), Regional Contracting Office - Alaska (RCO-AK) proposes to establish a single-award Requirement contract to provide Cold Weather Pumping and Thawing of Latrines for the 11th Airborne Division at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. The proposed contract will have a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.


The required services include pumping and thawing of vaulted latrines. Other related services include pumping, thawing, Disposal of waste products and cleaning of latrine vaults (septic tanks). The Contractor shall perform the required services in accordance with the specifications in this PWS, and all local, state and federal laws and regulations.


The place of performance will be in Alaska at Fort Wainwright contaonment areas and associated training areas.
