This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE (not a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5) to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources pursuant to FAR Part 10.


This notice is issued by the USCG HQ Contracts Division 1 (CG-HCA COCO-1) to identify Businesses capable of providing College Market Recruiting Services for Coast Guard Accessions Service Center (CG ASC) for a 12-month base period with an anticipated start date of September 2026.


This Sources Sought does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or a Request for Proposals, nor should it be considered as a commitment on the part of the Government. The information received will not obligate the Government in any manner nor will the Government reimburse companies for any costs associated with submittal of this Sources Sought.


All interested parties should provide responses to the contact representative below by email. Please provide your capability statement to include the following information: business size, name and address of company, point of contact along with phone number, and past performance. Past performance information should include recent and relevant contracts for the same or similar items and other references (including contract numbers, points of contact with telephone numbers and other relevant information). Interested parties are asked to furnish this information for at least three (3) contracts, ongoing or completed within the last three (3) years, for like or similar services, held with the USCG, other Government agencies or private industry.


Questions over the telephone will not be taken. Keep in mind, this is a sources sought to help identify if there are any potential offerors and to research the federal market to understand the competition. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information regarding this research.
