The Maple Run School District (MRUSD) will be accepting bids from either General or Mechanical Contractors as the lead contractor, for the replacement of HVAC units located at the Collins Perley Sports Complex, located at 890 Fairfax Road, on Route 104 in St. Albans, VT. The lead contractor will assume all responsibility of a general contractor and will be responsible for coordinating and carrying the cost for all subcontractor work. There are five (5) phases to this work, see the contract documents as outlined within this RFP for this phased work. There will be mandatory pre-bid site visit on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, starting at 3:00 PM that all firms who intend to submit a bid are encouraged and are required to attend.
