Colonel Ward Pump Station Stone Storage Building and Boiler House Renovations

The City of Buffalo Department of Public Works is soliciting sealed bids for the Colonel Ward Pump Station Stone Storage Building and Boiler House Renovations. Proposals must be submitted to the Commissioner of Public Works by Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 11:00 AM, via hand delivery to Room 502 of City Hall or by mail. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 23, 2026, at the Colonel Ward Pump Station Conference Room. To be considered, bidders must provide a Certification of Non-Collusion and proof of registration with the New York State Department of Labor. Prior to the awarding of the contract, bidders are required to submit statements committing to specific workforce and business utilization goals, including a 25 percent goal for minority workforce and minority business enterprises, and a 5 percent goal for women workforce and women business enterprises.
