(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.2 Solicitation, Evaluation and Award of the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 333912 with a size standard of 1,000 (# of employees).


Solicitation number N00244-26-Q-0086 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for two (2) new oilless vacuum pumps. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This contract is anticipated to be awarded as a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract, following instructions within this solicitation listed under 52.212-1 Instructions to Quoters -- Commercial Items and evaluated under 52.212-2 --Evaluation -- Commercial Items.


Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCDSD) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following services:


(ii) Contractor shall provide two (2) new oilless vacuum pumps for the Physics Department at Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) in accordance with the attached Statement of Requirements (SOR). Please see the SOR in Section C for more details.
