Description -


This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 


Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0423-B is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Combustion Analyzer.


 All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. 


See “Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions” for applicable clauses, instructions, and evaluation criteria. 


In order to be considered for award OFFERORS SHALL SUBMIT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:


  1. Submit Firm Fixed Price quotation (quote on company letterhead) detailing the itemized supply description, price for each with the total, and valid for at least 30 days after receipt of quote.  *Place of Manufacture is REQUIRED for all supply items.
  2. Submit SF-1449
  3. Submit Sam.gov Unique Entity ID (UEI) with quotation. 
  4. Submit Capability Statement and/or technical documentation or brochures showing technical capability to meet or exceed ALL Performance Elements in the Specifications.

REJECTION OF QUOTATION: Failure to demonstrate compliance or to submit ALL items requested in solicitation will be cause to reject the quote without further discussions.


DISCUSSIONS: The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct discussions should it be deemed in the Government's best interest.
