Two (2) Commercial Boiler Pump – Lochinvar 100208411 Pump or Equivalent; Boiler pump with variable speed control 115V 50/60Hz; System pump with parameter for continuous operation; Cast iron housing; Pump system must integrate with boiler system.
Two (2) Commercial Boiler – Lochinvar FTX600 Boiler or Equivalent; Natural gas input capacity 600,000 BTU; Direct vent type; Modulating burner with up to 7:1 turndown; 98% thermal efficiency; Stainless steel fire-tube heat exchanger; ASME certified H-stamped; Factory fired; Dimensions not to exceed 26-1/4 inches Width x 53-1/2 inches Height x 30-1/2 inches Deep; 120V; USB thumb drive port for programing; Multi-color graphic LCD display; Building management system integration; Cascading sequencer with built in redundancy; Wireless outdoor sensor capable; Cannot be a sectional (for flu gas reasons).
The Army intends to award one (1) firm-fixed price purchase order as a result of this solicitation. This requirement is being solicited as 100% small business set-aside and will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR part 12.

In accordance with FAR Clause 52.204-7; The Offeror shall have an active Federal Government contracts registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation in response to this solicitation and at the time of award.
Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will only be posted on this website. It is the sole responsibility of the offerors to continually review this website for any amendments made to this solicitation.
Include manufacturer/make/brand/model for each item along with literature, cut sheets, and/or product specification data meeting or exceeding those specified in the solicitation to allow for evaluation. Do not simply restate the Government specifications.
Include FOB Destination in your pricing for each item.
Pricing must be to the nearest cent (i.e. $10.93). Failing to price to the nearest cent (two places past the decimal point) will be considered failure to comply with the requirements of the solicitation and may not be considered for award.
Make quotes valid for a minimum of 60 days from solicitation closing date. Please indicate any item requiring longer than 90 days ADC for delivery.
All responsible sources may submit a quote and those conforming to the requirements of the solicitation may be considered for award.
