Full Description
The National Science Foundation (NSF), Directorate for Technology, Innovation, and Partnerships (TIP), intends to acquire commercial business intelligence data feed services to support TIP analytics initiatives, including the NSF SBIR/STTR public website, TIP Investment Explorer, and other analytical activities.
The Contractor shall provide recurring commercial business data for organizations identified by the Government. Services include, at a minimum:
- Matching Government-provided entities to records contained within the Contractor's commercial business database using commercially accepted entity-resolution methodologies;
- Extracting required business, ownership, financing, investor, and organizational data elements;
- Delivering standardized electronic data files in accordance with the solicitation requirements;
- Providing periodic reports summarizing entity matching activities and data processing results; and
- Maintaining commercially reasonable data quality and consistency throughout contract performance.
Offerors shall submit a technical quotation demonstrating their ability to satisfy the requirements of the Statement of Work and Attachment A (Data Specifications), along with a completed price quotation.
