The Albuquerque Area Office (AAO), Indian Health Service (IHS), is issuing this Sources Sought Notice for informational and planning purposes only. This notice shall not be construed as a solicitation, obligation, or commitment by the Government. This notice is issued solely for market research to determine the availability of qualified vendors and whether this requirement can be set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs), Small Business concerns, or another socioeconomic category.
Purpose
The purpose of this notice is to identify qualified contractors capable of providing commercial housekeeping and janitorial services and to determine their business size and socioeconomic status. This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. It is not a solicitation for proposals, quotations, or offers.
Requirement
The Government is seeking contractors capable of providing non-personal commercial housekeeping and janitorial services for Government facilities located in Grants, New Mexico.
Place of performance: 20 Mockingbird Dr., Acoma, NM. 87034.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Routine housekeeping and custodial services.
- Restroom cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking.
- Trash and recycling removal.
- Dusting and disinfecting high-touch surfaces.
