The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a contract (“Lease Agreement”), with one or more responsive and responsible bidders based on the highest bid amount received, seeking to install commercial telecommunications facilities and operate such facilities as a co-locator (see further explanation below) at one or more of the following School Board-owned locations, as described in Section 6 of this ITB and in the Lease Agreements (see Exhibits 1 and 2):
