Community Engagement & Outreach Services

This subcontract for Community Engagement and Outreach Services supports prime contractors on NHLBI/NIH RURAL Heart and Lung Study projects. The primary objective is to increase participation and build trust within rural underserved populations through the development of outreach materials, coordination of engagement activities, and direct liaison with local rural leaders. The selected provider will be responsible for delivering community outreach reports and demonstrating measurable increases in participant enrollment rates. This opportunity is managed by the National Institutes of Health Olao under the Department of Health and Human Services, with a response deadline of November 5, 2026.
