10 September 2008 Community Readiness Assistant Synopsis This is a pre-solicitation notice for synopsis of the Community Readiness Assistant requirement for the 28th Force Support Squadron at Ellsworth AFB, SD. Required services are commercial; therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item, shall apply to this acquisition. The contractor shall provide a Community Readiness Assistant to the Ellsworth AFB Airman & Family Readiness Center (A&FRC). The contractor shall provide all personnel necessary to provide this service for the 28th Force Support Squadron at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed-priced contract with a period of performance beginning on 01 Oct 08 and ending 30 Sep 09. This will be a one year contract. This acquisition will be 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561110. The size standard for this acquisition is $7 million.
