The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for providing the design and implementation of a comprehensive, fully integrated, CSBG client services and demographics collection and reporting data management system that can function as a configurable platform or “off the shelf” product that incorporates best practices, supports data bridging, and is flexible enough to allow changes to be managed by configuration as much as possible in order to minimize the need for customizations that require code changes for the State of Wyoming, Department of Health (Agency), Community Services Program (CSP) through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on NOVEMBER 25, 2024. Written questions about the procurement should be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system until 2:00:00 P.M. Mountain Time on November 8, 2024. Any questions received after that deadline may not be accepted or considered. Each question should be submitted individually.
